This free online course by Trainers’ House and Laurea Entrepreneurship Society is designed especially for students and young adults to support new and aspiring leaders, helping them to develop essential skills, realize their full potential and develop high-performing teams in the future. The sessions also welcome anyone interested in improving their leadership skills.

The second session of the series is all about negotiation. Negotiation is a daily occurrence, from the moment you wake up until the moment you go to sleep again. You negotiate with others, and with yourself too! It goes without saying, anyone can benefit from good negotiation skills regardless of the situation.
You can benefit from this workshop whether you are leading a team at work or in a school project, or if you just want to grow as a leader.

The host of the first two sessions of Future Leader series is 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿 “𝗧𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲” 𝗛𝗼𝗹𝗺. As a change consultant at Trainers ‘House, he works primarily with sales organizations, developing sales hit rates and coaching sales skills.
Toffe is an avid salesperson as well as a coach, and he conducts more than 400 customer meetings annually while also leading the second sales team of Trainers’ House. He has worked with large international companies such as KONE and smaller growth companies such as Arilyn – in Finland and abroad.
